Fine Jewelry: FAQs

1. Ordering and Processing

Kindly refer to the specific product page for details. Items in stock are typically dispatched within 3 working days. Different items from the same order might ship separately.

Domestic orders use FedEx 2-Day. Need it faster? Opt for FedEx Overnight. International deliveries take about 2–6 business days. Keep in mind that these don’t factor in production or processing times.

Once placed, orders can't be altered. However, we have a generous return policy, just in case!

2. Shipping and Returns

Every Seema & Co. delivery is fully insured and awaits your signature upon arrival.

Our products travel worldwide. Do note, however, that all import duties, VAT, or any other additional fees are borne by the recipient.

Seema & Co. values your satisfaction. Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as they remain unaltered and brand new. Start the return process here.

3. Product Care and Warranty

Yes, we provide a 3-year limited warranty on all fine jewelry pieces for purchases within the US.

Love and gentle care go a long way. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals. Before bed, lay them out flat, and avoid wearing them during strenuous activities.

Soft toothbrushes and dish soap are ideal for cleaning diamond pieces. Pearls, however, are delicate; avoid chemicals. And while we pride ourselves on quality, Seema & Co. doesn’t offer post-purchase polishing.

4. Customization and Sizing

Of course! Our fine jewelry line allows for certain customizations. Drop an email at info@seemaandco.com with the subject “Customization.”

We recommend knowing your size before ordering. We do have a ring sizing guide and offer sizers to help you out.

5. Ethical Commitments

We hold ourselves to high standards. Our diamonds are ethically sourced, adhering to the Kimberley Process. More about the process can be found at www.kimberleyprocess.com.

6. Payments and Financing

We collaborate with partners to offer financing options for orders up to $18,000, exclusively for U.S. customers. Find the financing option during checkout!
